We specialize in Mind-Body-Spirit Programs to help you be healthy, vital and energetic in your life.
We also offer a Residential Wellness Program for those with severe illnesses. Stay at the Bed & Breakfast while receiving therapy for a special reduced rate of $75.00 per room per night (plus taxes). Ask about our weekly rates! Use our extensive library of books and tapes.
We offer Wellness Classes which teach you about eating and preparing healthy food. Wellness Class Topics include: Buying and Eating for Health, Cooking and Storing Food for Health, Essential Oils in Cooking, Essential Oils for Body Maintenance, Treating Illness with Essential Oils and Essential Oils for Emotional Health.
