We specialize in Mind-Body-Spirit Programs to help you be healthy, vital, and energetic in your life. We also offer a Residential Wellness Program for those with severe illnesses. Stay at the Bed & Breakfast while receiving therapy for a special reduced rate of $75.oo per room per night (plus taxes). Use our extensive library of books and tapes. Ask about out weekly rates!
We offer Wellness Classes which teach you about eating and preparing healthy food. Wellness Class Topics include: Buying, Cooking, Storing, and Eating for Health; Essential Oils in Cooking and for Body Maintenance; Treating Illness with Essential Oils; and Essential Oils for Emotional Health.
